Reagan County High School Parade Rules and Guidelines The following rules and guidelines will ensure a safe, enjoyable and festive experience for everyone. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in parade dismissal and affect future participation. Parade volunteers will be able to assist you.
● Check in time/location: You may enter the parking lot at 1:45 p.m. at Reagan County High School.
● Start Time: The parade will begin at Reagan County High School at 3:00 p.m. on September 20, 2024.
● Line Up: Reagan County High School organizations will have preferential spots in the line. All other groups will be assigned their spot as indicated on the attachments. Everyone will be emailed a line up sheet prior to the parade. Follow directions upon arrival.
● Children: Ensure that all children 12 years and under will be adequately supervised from the parade line up until completion.
● Motor Vehicles: All motorized equipment must be clean and in working order. Maintain a safe distance between units. Vehicles may only contain the number of passengers that the vehicle was designed for (truck beds are an exception, however participants must be securely inside the bed). Do not board or exit the motor vehicle or float during the parade. ********PARTICIPANTS MAY NOT RIDE ON THE HOOD OF VEHICLES******* All participants must be on a trailer, in the truck bed, or in a vehicle!
● Drivers: All drivers of parade entries must be a licensed driver
● Trash: Each group is required to clean up and throw away all trash. We want to leave Reagan County High School, Administration, and the stadium parking lots and facilities clea!
● Event Staff: We will follow the directions of the RCHS event staff at all times.
