As an update, RCMS has multiple staff members and students in quarantine due to close contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19. We also have multiple students and staff with pending test results. As always, we have quarantined any individuals that we believe were exposed. All areas of the school are sanitized multiple times a day.

To be proactive, students and staff members that live in a household with a family member testing for COVID-19 will be required to stay home until we receive verification of the test results. This will allow us to prevent the possible spread of COVID-19. Students will be required to receive asynchronous instruction until they receive the COVID-19 results. Students will be required to log in and complete daily assignments, failure to log-in and complete assignments will count as an unexcused absence. If test results come back negative, the student will be allowed to return to school. If test results come back positive the student will be required to quarantine and remain asynchronous for 14 days.
