Reagan County Middle School is excited to host the Veteran’s Day Program on November 11, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. in the Mary Tatum Gymnasium at the high school. We would like to invite the community to come honor our veterans.
If you are a veteran and would like to participate in the program, please call the middle school at (325) 884-3728 or email Kevin Roberts at kevin.roberts@rcisd.net so that we can honor your service during the program and provide you with a special lunch made by the RCHS Culinary Arts Department. Parents of seniors: Please begin working on getting FAFSA completed. This is a graduation requirement for the state of Texas.
We will be having school picture day at RCHS on Tuesday, November 2nd.
All 9th-11th graders will have their portrait taken that morning. Order forms will be distributed that day. Parents will also be able to order pictures online.
Senior Pictures will be taken of students with last name starting with A-M on Tuesday, November 2nd as well.
Senior Pictures for students with last names starting with N-Z will be scheduled in the next few weeks...We will keep you posted.

Reminder: All RCHS seniors will be taking the ACT District test tomorrow, Tuesday, October 19th. The test will begin 1st period (8:00 a.m.). There will be NO first period Senior Privilege tomorrow.
Kinder & 3rd grade students will attend the HS Pep Rally tomorrow afternoon. It will start at 3:20 and end at 3:45. Please arrive at the HS gym a little earlier to pick up your child. Thank you.

Seniors and parents: Region 15 Education Service Center in San Angelo is hosting a FAFSA Night week next week. There will be locations open in the evenings in San Angelo to assist you with FAFSA, if needed. Just FYI. Please see the attached flyer.

For students interested in engineering, Angelo State University is hosting a Lab night at the Hunter-Strain Engineering Labs. The event includes some hands on building activities and some engineering demonstrations. Open to 3rd grade and up.
Reagan County Middle School had a Middle School student test positive for COVID 10-8-2021. We will send another notification to parents if we feel they have been in close contact. We will continue to clean and follow safety procedures.
